THE P-TOWN HAPS
No better way to start this month off than sending you into a tailspin by reminding you that there are less than 60 days left in 2024. I don't know about you guys, but this year was a big-ass blur! (Or maybe that was just the alcohol and late nights at our local strip clubs—I mean my office.) At any rate, let's focus on this month's indus- try happenings instead of my transgressions.
Hate your family, or don’t have a family? Or maybe you hate the family you don’t have? Whatever the case, The Lounge has you covered with their “Friendsgiving!" Stop by on Monday, November 19, at 7 p.m. for a delicious Thanksgiving-inspired dinner with friends—who are oftentimes more peaceful than the ol’ fammo! There are even some offerings on Thanksgiving proper at Club 205 and Stars Cabaret (both Bridgeport and Salem locations). Free cover as well!
What about industry happenings that are not turkey-re- lated, you may ask? Yup, we've got you covered on that, too—sort of. No holiday fowls involved, although it's still food...but who doesn't enjoy a good baked dessert? What's more, it benefits the Portland Rescue Mission! Any guess- es? It's none other than the 6th Annual Stripper Bake-Off at Lucky Devil Lounge! It all kicks off on Thursday, Novem- ber 21, at 10 p.m., but I would recommend getting there an hour early to have a wonderful dinner and take a gander at all the delicious baked offerings. Last year they went lickety- split!

Can you believe we're already past the midpoint of the pag- eant!? If you haven't made it to one of the qualifier rounds so far, you're definitely missing some fantastic performances and memorable industry moments!
